After receiving my prescription following my eye test, I was asked to leave the department (10 mins before closing) and to come back the following day to choose my glasses. After returning to the store to choose them, I then had to wait a week before collecting, however on collection, they had made a few errors with the prescription and had to send them away again. Another week later I went to collect them only to be told they had not yet arrived. At this point I’d had enough, cancelled the order and claimed a refund. Poor customer service Boots!
